In news via noted UK-based TV Reviewer Vincent Teoh, it appears that LG has stealthily dropped DTS support from its 2025 TVs.
However, the DTS format uses a variable bit-rate and is backwards compatible, allowing for easier use. You can listen to tracks mixed for Dolby Atmos from the Apple Music app directly on your LG TV.
