MLB trade season has officially kicked into high gear with contenders looking to add to their rosters for the stretch run ahead and rebuilding teams aiming to stockpile young players with an eye to the future before Thursday's 6 p.

The Phillies are looking for bullpen help and possibly some batting help ahead of the MLB trade deadline Thursday — but it doesn't look like Andrew Painter is on the table.

While a series of smaller moves have been made so far, rumors continue to swirl about bigger trades that could take place especially with  so many contenders in both leagues. With that in mind, I wanted to review some of the top prospects who could be changing teams in the next 24-48 hours and their hobby markets.
