The Trump administration is seeking to remove union bargaining rights from hundreds of thousands of federal workers.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem reacted to a group of migrants who dropped their lawsuit against the government after they were sent to El Salvador with a vulgar, two-word response from her government social media account: “Suck it,” Noem tweeted Thursday night about the migrants, who were challenging plans to hold them in Guantanamo Bay.

Numerous international students enrolled in STEM programs recently had their F-1 visas terminated without prior notice, putting their education and legal status at risk. A federal judge in Georgia found the terminations likely exceeded legal authority and violated the students’ rights.

Harvard has sued the Trump administration after it revoked the university's ability to enroll international students.

Republican senators on Thursday blocked a resolution introduced by Democrats calling for greater transparency regarding prisoners deported to El Salvador.
