MUMBAI (Reuters) - A man thought to be a citizen of Bangladesh was arrested in India's financial capital Mumbai on Sunday and is considered the prime suspect in the stabbing of Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan,

Police plan to recreate the sequence of events in Saif Ali Khan's knife attack while ensuring the actor's family is not retraumatized. The suspect, Shariful Fakir, was tracked down in Thane. He had prior criminal records in Bangladesh and planned to escape.

During interrogation, Shehzad disclosed that he had scoped out Saif Ali Khan's house in the 12-storey building, Satguru Sharan, and Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat, among many others.
