A former personal chef of Woody Allen and wife Soon-Yi Previn has filed a lawsuit alleging they fired him for taking time off to train in the U.S. Army Reserves and then questioning payment improprieties upon his return.

Allen, Previn and manager Pamela Steigmeyer are accused in the lawsuit of violating the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and New York labor law, as well as causing Fajardo humiliation, stress and a loss of earnings.

A former chef of Woody Allen is suing the director and his wife Soon-Yi Previn for an alleged wrongful dismissal. Private chef Hermie Fajardo also claims he suffered humiliation and stress at the couple's home.
