Matt Eberflus has shown time and time again that he's unfit to serve as Chicago Bears head coach, which he'll likely get to do for these final six games because this organization has never fired a head coach midseason -- even when it's deserving.

ESPN Analyst Jeff Saturday turned some heads Tuesday when he stated that he believes current Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus has a case to retain his job next year. Saturday initially credited Eberflus with quarterback Caleb Williams' resurgence in the last few games before his co-host Mike Greenberg quickly corrected him that the rookie's improvement has more to do with new offensive coordinator Thomas Brown than with Eberflus.
