Devon Energy announced Monday Rick Muncrief, president and CEO for the company the past four years, plans to step down as he enters retirement. The Oklahoma-based energy corporation has appointed Chief Operating Officer Clay Gaspar to succeed 66-year-old Muncrief as the company's new leadership on March 1, 2025.
