Firefly's Blue Ghost lunar lander has launched from Kennedy Space Center Pad 39A, and is on a 45-day journey to the moon for NASA.

Firefly’s Blue Ghost Mission 1 is making strides toward the Moon, with NASA’s SCALPSS 1.1 successfully capturing high-resolution test images from all six of its cameras. Firefly’s Blue Ghost Mission 1 has reached day 15 of its 45-day journey to the Moon.

The moon has come into view for Firefly Aerospace's Blue Ghost spacecraft, which is scheduled to land on Earth's nearest neighbor a month or so from now.
