Kentucky’s players talk about the first season of the Mark Pope era of UK basketball after it all came to an end in a loss to Tennessee on Friday night.

Regardless of the coach or players on the floor, success is to be expected from the program. To put into perspective the level of achievement Kentucky has had in its history, the Wildcats have only had seven head coaches since Adolph Rupp's stint from 1931 to 1972.

The No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers and No. 18 Kentucky Wildcats play in the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16. Friday's meeting will be the third of the season between the two teams.
