'Devastated:' Gray seal 'Chappy' found in downtown New Haven dies at Mystic Aquarium
The gray seal, named “Chappy,” was admitted to the Mystic Aquarium’s Animal Rescue Clinic on Feb. 16 after being discovered near the downtown of New Haven, Connecticut.
