Former England rugby player Tom Voyce's car has already been recovered from the river and he is presumed dead.

The rugby union community has rallied around the family of missing former England wing Tom Voyce, who is believed to have died after apparently trying to cross a flood-swollen river in his car during Storm Darragh.
