The Eagles were back on the practice field in the rain on Wednesday morning as they continued their prep to play the Steelers on Sunday.

BALTIMORE − Eagles rookie cornerback Quinyon Mitchell was injured early in the third quarter after his leg got caught underneath teammate Zack Baun. Mitchell was slow to get up, then was doubled over as trainers helped him to the sideline. Mitchell returned for the next series.

C.J. Gardner-Johnson, the Eagles other top safety, got checked for multiple injuries during the Carolina game, including at one point for a concussion. He was down on the turf for several minutes after a collision during the fourth quarter and left the field gingerly, only to quickly return and help the team close out a 22-16 win on defense.
