The SEC is considering voting LSU out of the conference. In the amended lawsuit filed by the conference against LSU after Lan e Kiffin tried to use professional players in Week 1, there is language that would allow the conference to the school out of the conference as soon as this week.
LSU football reportedly filled its final roster spots, likely ending efforts to add Dae'Quan Wright and Zxavian Harris this season.
The lawsuit says Murrill and other state officials are actively interfering with the conference’s ability to enforce its own rules.
