Suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez pleaded not guilty on Friday, one day after he was arrested on felony charges. Lopez was placed behind bars after statewide prosecutors said he was involved in an illegal gambling enterprise since August 2019, while he was a deputy for the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Sharon Fedrick, one of the two people arrested in connection to the case involving suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, posted bail Monday night.
