With just a few weeks left until its premiere, Paramount has released a new trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 – and its brief runtime has given fans their first action-packed look at Shadow’s, John Wick-esque cinematic debut.

Voiced by Keanu Reeves, Shadow will be the antagonist in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, posing the biggest threat yet to the iconic hero. However, after the movie's runtime was confirmed, there was some concern about whether or not the character would get the treatment he deserves within the movie.
