Colorado State University said on Wednesday that an additional student had their visa revoked after several were revoked a day earlier. The Department of State acknowledged the move but won't say why they were revoked.

NC State enrolls the most international students of any school in the public UNC System and hosts the second-most international students of any university in the state.

Temple University President John Fry said in a letter, "The allegations supporting the revocation are unknown at this time."

The order comes as President Trump expands deportation efforts, including of students who have spoken out in support of Palestinians during Israel’s war in Gaza.

At least nine students between the University of Colorado and Colorado State University have had their visas revoked by the Department of Homeland Security, spokespeople for the schools have said.

Student visas for five international students at Minnesota State University, Mankato, have been terminated by the Department of Homeland Security, according to the school’s president, Edward Inch in a letter to the campus.

Amid nationwide deportation crackdown, eight ASU students may be forced to leave the U.S. because they had their visas revoked.

An immigration attorney told CPR News the students have the choice to either self-deport or stay and fight – but that leaves them open to being detained.
