This year's Super Bowl, hosted by New Orleans, will feature a lineup of Louisiana-born musicians including Lauren Daigle and Jon Batiste.

The star-studded lineup of Jon Batiste, Trombone Shorty, Lauren Daigle and Ledisi honors the legendary music scene of New Orleans and features artists who call Louisiana home.

November 28 - Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans next February will have a hometown feel before the game gets underway. Jon Batiste, Trombone Shorty, Lauren Daigle and Ledisi will perform pregame on Feb. 9, the NFL announced Thursday. All four artists are Louisiana natives.

Lauren Daigle is a Louisiana native and multiple Grammy, American Music and Billboard Music Award winner known for her powerful voice and chart-topping hits. Her 2018 album Look Up Child debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200, making her the first female artist to reach the Top 10 on both the Pop and Christian Album charts simultaneously.

Multi-talented performer Jon Batiste will sing the national anthem, while Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle are slated to perform "America the Beautiful."

The performances will take place Feb. 9 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans before the NFL’s championship matchup and halftime show featuring Kendrick Lamar.
