A majority of the outages are concentrated in southern townships as forecasters issue multiple severe weather alert into the evening hours.

The National Weather Service has issued an additional Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southeastern Lancaster and southeastern York counties until 7:30 p.m.

At 5:14 p.m. on Tuesday, the NWS Raleigh NC issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 6 p.m. for Cumberland and Harnett counties.
