Researchers are working to inspire the next generation of recruits — and hope to eventually play a role in training them, too.

Aims is now offering the Enhanced Air Traffic-Collegiate Training Initiative, known as E-CTI. Based at Aims’ Windsor campus, the E-CTI program gives students such as Knobloch a faster path from the classroom to the workforce for on-the-job training.
