“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jimmy Kimmel Live needed to reschedule my performance that was originally set to air tonight to a later date. I’ll share more details on timing when I can, I can’t wait for you all to see it,” she wrote. Instead, ABC aired a repeat of the show from October 28, according to Deadline.
“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” has honored Escobedo, the program’s house band leader who died Nov. 11 at age 59, by changing the musical group’s name. During the late night show’s title sequence on Monday’s episode, Cleto and the Cletones was officially rebranded as The Cletones.
