Lockheed Martin has appointed former Australian army officer Jeremy King, a veteran of major defence acquisition programmes, to lead its operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Investing.com -- Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems has been awarded a $129,986,060 contract to support the Royal Australian Air Force C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training Systems program.

Jeremy King, former Head of Joint Aviation Systems for Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, will officially assume the position in February, following a formal transition period.
