A suspect in the assassination of a Minnesota state lawmaker and her husband has been captured following a massive manhunt involving federal, state, and local authorities.

Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were shot and killed at their home early Saturday morning by a man disguised as police, officials said.
