ARIZONA -- Arizona Cardinals rookie receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is a fan of Minnesota Vikings superstar Justin Jefferson. There's few prospects that entered the draft process with hype levels similar to Harrison, though Jefferson himself being a first-round pick (though four wideouts were taken ahead of him) can attest.

What if the Cardinals don’t think Marvin Harrison Jr. can help give the franchise a fighting chance after years of being a punchline? I’m already on record as saying I think Harrison is the guy, but I’m not the one who’s going to hand an envelope to Roger Goodell in a few months.

The Arizona Cardinals made a no-brainer of a selection last April when they took Marvin Harrison Jr. out of Ohio State. Harrison has had a solid rookie season with room for improvement. Arizona is alive in the NFC playoff race at 6-5 on the season.
