Sean 'Diddy' Combs will remain in jail after a judge denied his latest bail request, which included a proposal to be confined to a private island or his lavish Upper East Side home

A third attempt by Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorneys to get the hip-hop mogul released from prison on bail was denied by a judge.

The hip-hop mogul will not be freed from jail after another federal judge issued a ruling on his latest request for release on $50 million bail.

A federal judge denied Sean Combs' request to be released on bail, finding "by clear and convincing evidence" that the hip-hop mogul is potentially dangerous.

The judge ruled that that "no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community” if the music mogul was released.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail on Wednesday as he awaits a May sex trafficking trial by a judge who cited evidence showing him to be a “serious risk” of witness tampering and proof he has tried to hide prohibited communications with third parties while incarcerated.

"No condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community," a judge wrote in denying bail.
