One of the most prominent homebuilders in the Charlotte region is seeking to rezone a large site in Huntersville for a new project.

Other Ryan employees said some home models were “stunning.” In the future, 391 homes will be built in the development, including three-bed, two-bath models that start at $369,990.

As part of Old School Village in Wickliffe, three model homes will be built by mid-August by Ryan Homes. “The website won’t be available until these homes are completed,” Sakacs said.
