Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson said Thursday he's "ready to go" for Sunday's game against the Steelers after missing New England's opener with an ankle injury.

On Wednesday, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow revealed he's battling back tightness ahead of the team's Week 2 game against the Houston Texans. Despite the issue, Burrow said he would play in the game, but his practice status is unclear for the rest of the week.

According to Field Yates of ESPN, Henderson was a full participant at Wednesday's practice, which bodes very well for his odds of playing for the Patriots in Week 2. "Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) was a full participant in practice today," Yates reports. "Looks like he'll return in Week 2 and share the backfield with Rhamondre Stevenson."

The New England Patriots are currently gearing up for their Week 2 game at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Patriots are coming off an ugly choke job against the Seattle Seahawks to open up their season last week,

Head coach Mike Vrabel said in his Wednesday press conference that TreVeyon Henderson should do more at practice on Wednesday as he continues to recover from an ankle injury. Henderson did not play in the Week 1 loss to Seattle a week ago. He was on the field for Monday’s practice in a limited capacity.
