Trump threatens to use ICE agents for airport security control
WASHINGTON — US President Donald Trump on Saturday threatened to use Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to provide security at airports, amid a lingering budget standoff that has left regular security personnel going unpaid.
A city proposal would essentially create ICE-free zones on most city properties. The city council will vote on it next week.
