Alex Palou captured his eighth race of the IndyCar season on Sunday, dominating the Monterey Grand Prix to tighten his grip on a fourth season points crown in five campaigns.The next race, the 15th of 17 IndyCar season events,
Palou a virtual lock for his fourth championship, now looking at other seemingly unreachable records now within reach.
The 28-year-old Spaniard won three of the last four IndyCar Series titles. He has taken things even further in 2025.
