We haven’t seen much snow this year, but 47 years ago New England was rocked by the Blizzard of ’78. That storm dropped more than 27 inches of snow over the course of 30 hours — no one expected it to be as bad as it was.

The snow came down on Thursday, but not as much as it did 47 years ago during the Blizzard of 78. The grounds were covered and the snow was still coming down which meant a day of work, fun, and reflection.
