On Wednesday, the NFL released an animated graphic of the league's 32 stars looking at the Vince Lombardi Trophy in the backdrop of SoFi Stadium, the venue for next year's Super Bowl. While it looked like a regular visual, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport could not help but notice a small detail and shared it on X.

This was the third Super Bowl meeting between Dallas and Pittsburgh. The Steelers had beaten the Cowboys in Super Bowls X and XIII, both by four points, so Dallas finally had an opportunity to turn the tables. The Cowboys were also chasing their third championship in four seasons after winning following the 1992 and 1993 campaigns.
