The future of the Federal building in Oklahoma City is uncertain after it was on a government list as a non-core property.

The Oklahoma City federal building, which replaced the Murrah Building after the 1995 bombing, is set for disposal as part of the Trump administration s cost cutting efforts.

The General Services Administration released a list Tuesday of more than 440 buildings owned by the federal government that it may sell off in the months ahead.

The Trump administration Wednesday removed a directory of 443 federal buildings it had planned to list for sale the previous day.

The initial list had included some of the country’s most recognizable buildings, along with courthouses, offices and even a parking garage, and spanned nearly every state, drawing concern from local officials.

The Trump Administration is looking to sell off hundreds of federal buildings and facilities all over the nation. Six of them are in the Sacramento area.
