The man whose body was found hog-tied and dumped in the grass off a Queens highway has been identified as a real estate agent, as investigators turn their focus to why he was killed and who may have done it.

A real estate broker was murdered and his body was dumped on the side of a major roadway in Queens, police sources say.

A man who was found tied at the hands and feet with head trauma off a highway in Queens this week has been identified as a realtor and Haitian immigrant.

Police said they were investigating the death as a homicide after finding Emmanuel Moncoeur with head trauma and his hands bound.

Emmanuel Moncoeur, a 57-year-old real estate agent, was found dead on the side of a Queens highway. Days after a man was found dead on the side of the Clearview Express near Union Turnpike in Queens, he was identified as a long-time real estate agent in the area.
