Dylan Harper had a priceless one-word reaction after signing his $56M rookie deal with the Spurs following the 2025 NBA Draft.

But Harper's arrival may mean Fox's days in San Antonio are numbered, at least one Western Conference scout thinks so, per ESPN. "If the 3-point shot ever becomes a true weapon [for Harper], he makes Fox expendable and gives San Antonio a nice trade asset," the scout told ESPN's Jeremy Woo.

De’Aaron Fox just arrived in San Antonio, but his long-term future with the Spurs is far from certain. After spending years as the face of the Kings franchise, Fox was traded this February to help jumpstart a Spurs backcourt around Victor Wembanyama.
