The Predator 212cc engine has a good reputation among Harbor Freight customers for being an affordable source of power, but how much HP will it provide?

Once they were left with just a street bike motorcycle frame, the guys decided to put a Harbor Freight Predator 212cc motor to it. After some much-needed care and work, the Honda 212 was born.

At the heart of For's most powerful production-car stands the Predator engine. A 5.3-liter supercharged V8 capable of producing 760 hp.

It is down on power compared to the Mazda engine it replaced, and the team mated the two by welding the output shaft of the Predator engine to the input shaft of the Mazda transmission.
