Regé-Jean Page is heading back to Netflix.

Netflix and Warner Bros. announced early this morning a blockbuster $82.7 billion deal for the TV streamer to acquire Warner Bros. film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO.

Netflix Inc. has won the heated takeover battle for Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.

The $82.7 billion deal will see the streaming giant acquire the film and streaming business of Warner Bros. Discovery after the latter business split in two earlier this year.
