Two people were arrested for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old girl in Griffin on Wednesday, according to police.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is investigating a shooting in Roswell involving a SWAT officer and suspect, Matthew Robert Taylor, which resulted in Taylor's death and the officer's injury.

A SWAT team in Roswell was serving arrest and search warrants ... but he did suffer injuries from the incident," Conroy said. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is now leading the inquiry into the shooting by the officer, as is typical in Georgia.

Hartwell Cliatt, 78, was arrested in Georgia on two counts of child molestation following a GBI investigation.
