The Eagles general manager talked about the mishap at the NFL scouting combine. "... It was worth it. I don’t want to say it’s worth it, because then people will start throwing [stuff] at my head.”
The Eagles are going to have some tough decisions in the coming weeks. Howie Roseman knows that. In fact, the Eagles’ general manager has known for some time that this offseason would be different. Last year,
Eagles GM Howie Roseman was hit with a beer during the team's Super Bowl 2025 parade, later saying,"I bleed for this city."
Philadelphia Eagles EVP and GM Howie Roseman took quite the head shot during the team’s Super Bowl 59 parade. It wasn’t safe to be on a float or anywhere as is evidenced by the nasty gash on Roseman’s forehead. He apparently was hit in the noggin by one of the many thrown beer cans that were in the Philadelphia airspace.
The Eagles general manager was riding one of the parade buses when he was hit by a flying beer that was tossed by a fan. Fans along the route were tossing beers to players and others in the parade.
During the Eagles' Super Bowl LIX parade, GM Howie Roseman got hit in the head by a stray beer can, following it up with an epic message.
The Philadelphia Eagles had a tougher time surviving their Super Bowl parade on Friday than they did winning the game on Sunday.
"I bleed for this city!" Roseman told Eagles fans afterward. Now he and his team apparently have a plan to turn that phrase into a clothing line.
