Brittney Griner Removed From WNBA Game Following Heated On-Court Incident
With 9:02 left in the third quarter, Griner tried to secure a rebound off her own missed shot when the Wings’ Haley Jones came flying in to knock it away. Jones came up with the ball, and as Griner reached for it again, she was called for a personal foul.
