California officials say the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires are 100 percent contained. The fires burned more than 37,000 acres and destroyed over 16,000 structures in the Los Angeles area.

At least 29 people were killed in the two fires that scorched thousands of acres and destroyed or damaged more than 18,000 structures.
