In this edition of Weather Tidbits, we’ll be discussing the importance of clearing out the snow from storm drains along the street. Clearing out the storm drains can make for a few benefits that are worth considering.

A dusting of snow is expected overnight in New Jersey with less than an inch anticipated in most areas as a big winter storm remains south and misses the state. Southern parts of Cape May County may see up to 2 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service. As of Wednesday morning, no formal winter weather advisories were issued.

It's a First Alert Weather Day as moderate to heavy snow pours over the Front Range. Hardest hit will be the foothills west of Denver with over a foot of snow expected.
