Brent Burns, Avalanche Agree to Contract in NHL Free Agency After Hurricanes Stint
Burns signed a one-year contract to join the Colorado Avalanche in free agency, the team announced Wednesday. Burns spent the last three seasons with the Carolina Hurricanes.
