The city is giving further insight into what went wrong with Richmond’s reservoir system on Monday, leaving residents in and around Richmond with little to no water.

The power outage and ensuing flood sparked the water crisis that knocked out water service to thousands of people in the city and surrounding counties for days.

As the City of Richmond anxiously awaits test results that will determine whether or not the city has clean drinking water after nearly a full work week without it, many Central Virginians are also holding their breaths for another round of snow.
