Maryland freshman star Derik Queen has officially joined the ranks of college athletes landing major NIL deals, signing a partnership with none other than Dairy

While it's unknown how much Queen is actually valued at currently during his rising success, with several major deals in place and Maryland certainly investing in its basketball program with the Turtle NIL fund, there's going to be a lot of buzz around him and his team for the rest of March.

Star freshman Derik Queen of Maryland says he's entering the NBA draft. Queen made the announcement on ESPN. The talented big man averaged 16.5 points this season, and his bank shot at the buzzer gave the Terrapins a one-point win over Colorado State in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
