For the second time in three seasons, Michigan State football will play its regular-season finale in Detroit. The Spartans on Wednesday announced the Saturday, Nov. 29 game against Maryland is moved to Ford Field. The kickoff time will be determined later.

Michigan State closed the 2023 season at the home of the Detroit Lions with a loss to Penn State in front of nearly 52,000 fans.

Michigan State is heading back to Ford Field this season. Announced Wednesday morning, the university will move its final regular-season game against Maryland to the home of the NFL’s Detroit Lions. The game remains scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 29, with a start time to be announced.
