Snow continued to fall Monday around parts of the Great Lakes region, where storm-weary residents who have plowed and shoveled for days faced the prospect of even greater accumulations.

New round of lake effect snow could pile up across sections of the Great Lakes—with a half foot or more in SW Lower Michigan, but more than a foot could fall across the UP of Michigan. Potential snowfall through late Thursday PM.
