On Saturday, South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster authorized the deployment of 200 National Guardsmen to Washington, D.C. The guardsmen are being sent as part of the Trump administration’s law enforcement efforts.

On Sunday night, South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster and Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine both announced their respective deployment of troops to the capital.
