One person is dead and another was injured after a shooting at the University of New Mexico on Friday morning.

A shooting inside a dorm room at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque Friday morning left a 14-year-old boy dead and another teen wounded, state police said.

John Fuentes appeared before a judge after being accuse of killing one teen and injuring another at UNM early Friday morning.
