Miami plane crash investigators have revealed chilling new details from the final moments of the Amazon cargo jet disaster. One pilot warned the aircraft was flying too fast, but the other pilot gave NO clear verbal response.

Roosevelt Perdomo Torres survived the Sunday’s crash but five of the other people in the van with him were killed when the plane went speeding off the runway.
