She has pleaded not guilty; if found guilty at trial, she could be sentenced to life in prison.

A doctor pleaded guilty to giving Matthew Perry ketamine in the month leading up to the “Friends” star’s overdose death.

Doctor Salvador Plasencia was accused of providing ketamine to Friends actor Matthew Perry. He died at the age of 54 in October 2023. Almost two years later, Dr. Plasencia has pleaded guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine.
