NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KCAU) — On Tuesday, North Sioux City voters decided whether or not the current form of city government should be changed. North Sioux City voters had two options on Tuesday’s ballot: “Yes” or “No”. A few people told KCAU 9 they didn’t want things to change. “I stand on the no vote,” resident Bob Greiner said.
